With requirements in hand, our project managers and business analysts will begin to estimate the effort, determine resources and schedule milestones for your project. After the project plan has been completed, our project managers will hold a kick-off meeting with your team and our engineers. Our project managers will then work closely with all stakeholders and engineers to keep information flowing with status updates, issue tracking and change management. Our project managers are well versed in all stages of project management, from Initiation, Planning, and Execution to Managing and Closing your projects. As a liaison from your business team to our technical team, information flows through the process to ensure your needs are met and your project continually moves closer to completion.
